Product Description
LZ(Y) series solid-liquid two-phrase flow slurry pump is the latest pump with advanced hydraulic theory. The flow passage parts are made of special wear-resistant materials, which are characterized by high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, convenient maintenance and installation, and long service life. They have been widely used in industries such as alumina, coal, power, metallurgy, mining, and chemicals, and have a longer service life in harsh working conditions, making them widely welcomed and highly praised by users.
The LZ(Y) series slurry pumps are single-stage, single-suction, horizontal (vertical), double-shell (single-shell) centrifugal pumps, with a flow range of 7-2600m³/h and a head range of 7-125m. They can handle a maximum volume concentration of 30% and a maximum weight concentration of up to 60%.

Additionally, since the two-phase flow theory primarily focuses on slurry materials, the efficiency during slurry material transportation is higher than that during clear water transportation, with an average increase of 4-6 percentage points.
